I recently picked up the motor for a Kamasura VRX motorized bicycle to use for something cool.

For now I’m mounting it on this JC Higgins.

Is that a roller-drive engine?

Yes it is roller drive with an automatic clutch. The motor pivots down so the bike can be pedaled without resistance when the motor is not in use.
