Another project bike. This time its a Motobecane Av88. Doesn’t look like much but it’ll clean up well. I’ve got the engine running but the bike is missing a number of small odds and ends and has a few damaged pieces that will need to be replaced. The motor is currently torn down for a rebuild.
As received.
Assembled.

Comment by Arran July 21, 2008 @ 6:33 pmYou mentioned before that someone did a brush on paint job on this machine. Knowing the hard enamel type paint they used at the factory you might be able to strip it off with minimal effort.
